Before I used to be known for YouTube, and for being “the Video Guy.” So I’ve been asking about pivoting in business many times over the years. Today’s case study is with someone who has successfully pivoted and generated massive results when she did, and she’s going to share exactly how she did it. My friend Kim McCarter is an executive business strategist who helps black women entrepreneurs understand how to create massive time and financial freedom. Kim does this by getting them to think outside of the box, by getting more visible and by helping them release their cultural stories around money, which are all things that she has (and continues) to master on her journey!

If you enjoy this episode and it inspired you in some way, I’d love to hear about it and know your biggest takeaway. Take a screenshot of you listening on your device, post it to your Instagram Stories and tag me and Sarah, @jameswedmore and Kim, @mskimmccarter.
