Are you feeling burnt out, tired, exhausted, and like you’re always pushing and forcing things in your business? If you are, this episode is for you! Today I’m talking about the number one thing you need to be doing to avoid business burnout with my amazing friend and Performance Mastermind member Nicole Culver. Nicole spoke at the last Business By Design Live event (where she rocked the house!) and I wanted to bring her wisdom to you here on the podcast. I just know you’re going to gain valuable insights from what Nicole has to share in this episode!

Nicole is a mom of 3 who helps expert coaches, who are parents, earn full-time income in part time hours with scalable programs. She has been working in the online space for the past 10+ years, and through her Masters in Education, years of training, certifications and research, Nicole has figured out exactly what it takes to really build a business with full time income, in part time hours that lights you up and gives you the spark you’ve been missing.
